1. General
These terms and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only due to variation in meaning with respect to language translation. In case of doubt, our terms
and conditions of sale in Spanish are mandatory.
All orders for products and services accepted by EUROMAQUINAS HISPANIDAD S.L. (hereinafter EUROMAQUINAS) are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms shall apply to the supply of products and services by EUROMAQUINAS unless agreed to in writing by an authorized signatory of EUROMAQUINAS or expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale supersede and exclude any other terms stipulated, incorporated or referred to by the customer, either in the order or during any kind of
ongoing business negotiation or transaction established between EUROMÁQUINAS S.L. and the customer, and shall constitute the full understanding between EUROMÁQUINAS S.L. and the customer for the sale of products. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this catalog, on our website or in any price list, or otherwise communicated to the customer are intended to be accurate and complete.

2. Pricing
The final prices of the products are those shown on the EUROMÁQUINAS website (www.euromaquinas.com) on the date of order. The customer is informed that prices and products in the hard copy catalog are subject to change. They may vary during the period in which this catalog is valid, due to different circumstances and without prior notice. EUROMÁQUINAS S.L. reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice at any time.
Of the prices marked on an item, it is the NET PRICE BEFORE TAX .
3. Delivery
Deliveries will be made to ONE delivery address indicated in the order, and by the means of transport and carrier chosen by EUROMÁQUINAS, for orders that reach the NET PRICE established for paid delivery.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer and are included in the invoice under the item "Freight". The expenses for this concept will be those indicated in the terms and conditions of
sales for each customer. EUROMÁQUINAS is exempt from any liability for damage to products or delay in deliveries in the event that the buyer has chosen another means of transport or carrier other than the one established by EUROMÁQUINAS. In such cases, the costs incurred for the shipment of the goods shall be paid by the purchaser to the chosen carrier.

4. Inspection, transit delays and non-delivery.
THE CUSTOMER MUST INSPECT THE PRODUCTS as soon as possible, always within the first 24 hours after receipt of the product and, in case of observing any defect in the products or in case of any other incident related to the supply made, including incomplete, wrong deliveries and non-delivery of one or more products contained in the order, must notify EUROMÁQUINAS as detailed as possible, within a period not exceeding 24 hours and within 7 days in the case of hidden damage (damage that is not visible on the package). If the customer fails to give such notice, it shall be conclusively assumed that the goods are in all respects in accordance with the contract and free from any defects which are apparent on reasonable examination, and accordingly the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
THE CUSTOMER MUST REJECT PACKAGES THAT ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED.
Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, in no event shall EUROMÁQUINAS have any obligation to indemnify the customer for damage or for non-delivery or delay in delivery of all or part of the products, whatever the reason, or for any consequential or other loss arising from the non-delivery or delay in delivery.
